Police appeal after Railway Road accident
Shortly before 2:10pm, it was reported that a pedestrian and a car were involved in the incident.
It is believed that a man in his 80’s was taken to hospital for treatment to head injuries. His condition is described as stable.
The road re-opened later in the evening.

Hide AdThe male was subsequently released on police street bail pending further enquiries.
