Deardon faces charges of possession of a class C drug, Diazepam, on the same date and having it with the intention of supplying.

Also on February 4 it is alleged that he had a firearm, an air rifle, without a firearms certificate.

He faces an allegation that between July 1, 2014, and February 4, 2015, he prevented a meter from registering electricity at an address in Queen Street, Lurgan.

Deardon was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on May 19.

A condition of his bail is that he is not to be in possession of a mobile phone.
